Originally commissioned into the King's Own Yorkshire Light Infantry (KOYLI), Tom Reynolds MC came to the 16th DLI as a reinforcement at around about the same time as Arthur Vizard, in early March 1943. He was awarded his MC for his actions as Second in Command of B Company, 16 DLI, on 22/4/43. To read his citation click here. At the war's end he was Second in Command of C Company. |
