This somewhat casual, careworn and very photogenic pose features Major Arthur Vizard at left and ‘Doc’ Fisher at right. Vizard’s overcoat seems to a USN style jacket. Unofficial uniform additions seem to have been common in the Battalion in what looks from this photograph to have been a very cold and damp early 1945 Greece.
