This Roll of Honour for the 16th Battalion DLI is arranged in two ways. Firstly, as an alphabetical listing which contains next-of kin information from the Commonwealth War Graves Commission whenever this is known. And secondly, as a shortened chronological listing, which also includes a selection of photographs. Also, in the Army Numbers section of the site, casualties with 445-446 ‘DLI Numbers’ are arranged in sequence with other known 16 DLI servicemen: those taken POW and Gallantry Award holders. Casualties with ‘non-DLI’ numbers will be added to that listing in due course. |
